1. What size should I choose?
If you are unsure about the size, please contact us at [email protected] with the title of the garment and your body measurements. We will be happy to help you find the size that best suits you!
2. What should I do if I do not receive a response to my email?
Once we receive your email, we try to respond with a human response as quickly as possible, usually within 24-48 hours on business days. However, if you do not receive a response after 48 hours, we recommend the following steps:
1. Check your spam/unwanted mail folder to see if the email has been filtered there.
2. Contact us via social media channels.
3. What currency is displayed?
We display all prices in USD.
4. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal and Payoneer as payment methods.
At gleichner.store, we only use trusted payment channels and we do our best to protect your payment and personal information.
5. Can I return the product?
Please contact us directly via email [email protected] (with your order number and reason) within 30 days of receiving the product.
Please do not return the product to the sender’s address.
Please note that we will not accept any returns without contacting us first.
6. What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

7. Why didn’t I receive a shipping notification email?
After your order has shipped, an email with a tracking number will be sent to your order email address.
If you haven’t received a notification email:
Please check if the email address is incorrect.
Please check if the email is in your spam folder.
Please check the order status in your account to see if the order has been shipped.
